Since I was a child, I have always had an interest in finance and how the stock market worked. I graduated in 2005 with a Bachelors degree in business management while working in international logistics. At the logistics firm, I dipped my toe into foreign exchange funds and other financial instruments. This, and the realization that many families hadn’t done nearly enough to grow and protect their assets, piqued my interest in becoming a Financial Advisor.
Shortly after graduating, I moved to Colorado Springs and started searching for a firm that aligned with my goals of creating financial plans for clients, and guiding them and their investments to retirement and beyond. I went through an extensive training program with a national firm that emphasized full-service financial planning, and in the process, obtained my Series 7 (Stockbroker) and Series 66 (Financial Advisor) licenses in addition to my life and health licenses.
I have been serving families in the Colorado Springs area and some out-of-state clients for over 17 years. My passion is in really getting to know my clients on a personal level so that I can be a valuable resource to them as they navigate toward their financial goals.
I like to spend my spare time volunteering, and hiking with my husband Greg and our two dogs. I have worked with several non-profit animal rescues in town, at times on the board and other times as a volunteer. I love living in Colorado and forming deep relationships with my clients and friends.
